I had lunch at a restaurant serves wine and grills in Machida today.

(note) Yuba is a processed food made from soybeans.

（注）キンタ・ド・コーレイヨ　ダン　レッド はポルトガルのフルーティでソフトな口当たりの赤ワインで結構余韻が残る。ちなみに、コーレイヨとは郵便配達員のことで、ラベルは切手風になっている。

Yuba cheese sauce is mild and tasty and soft red wine goes well with young chicken with yuba sauce... yummy!
（注）マイルドなソースの若鶏とソフトな赤ワインが相性バッチシでした・・・

An authentic hand-made udon shop "手打ち さぬきうどん 相風" in Fuchinobe, Sagamihara

I had lunch at an Udon noodle shop in Fuchinobe, Sagamihara today.
（注）淵野辺駅近くのビルの薄暗い地下に本格手打ち讃岐うどんの店があります。店内は結構広いんだけれど、おっちゃん一人が注文取りから会計まで全部やっています（昼だけかも？）。開店前に打ったと思われるうどんがでんと調理場に置かれていて、注文に応じてその場で切って湯通しして・・・という感じでてんてこ舞い？

Simple plain udon noodles with laver, pickled plum and fish cake in natural soup stock but high originality... yummy!!

（注）これ、半世紀以上前に京都で食べていた素うどんによく似ています・・・天然出汁がいいのと、梅干しのアクセントが何とも言えぬ味わいを醸し出しています。安い！美味い！コスパ最高！

White wine of Verdicchio goes well with potato croquette as well as fish... yummy!
（注）ヴェルディッキオは魚料理によく合うとされているんだけれど、ポテトコロッケにもよく合いますね・・・

I had dinner, enjoying the flamenco at a restaurant "街角グラス" in Machida today. It was my first time seeing the flamenco.
A pre-dinner drink... Cruzcampo, Spanish beer.

I had lunch at a Japanese seafood restaurant "翻車魚丸" in Fujisawa.

Special tendon topped with shrimp, shiro-gisu and vegetables. The super sized bowl of the restaurant is one of its greatest features!! Enough and yummy!!

A curry restaurant "カレー堂" in Fuchinobe, Sagamihara

I had lunch at an Indian curry restaurant near Fuchinobe station in Sagamihara today.

North Indian style thali at the restaurant... butter chicken curry, chicken zanjri, tandoori chicken, seekh kabab, salad and nan.
The curry served in the restaurant is milder than real Indian curry... it is adapted to Japanese taste... and so, very yummy (for Japanese)!!
（注）インドカレーと言っても、たいそうマイルドで美味いです・・・日本人向けのテーストになっています。それから、ナンは自家製のようです・・・ナンを焼いているところを見ることができますよ！

（注）フアン・ヒル　シルバーラベル、、濃厚でエレガントなバランスの良いワインで、余韻は長く力強い。

I like arrabbiata sauce which is a spicy sauce made from garlic and chili peppers in olive oil... yummy!

An Oden restaurant "大船おでんセンター" in Ofuna, Kamakura

I had Oden for lunch at an Oden restaurant in Ofuna, Kamakura today.

今日、大船駅近くの大船おでんセンターにランチを食べに行ってみました。昼間、素面（しらふ）では入りにくい玄関のつくりですが・・・

Oden is a Japanese dish consisting of several ingredients such as boiled eggs, daikon(radish), and processed fishcakes stewed in a light, soy-flavored broth.

I miss the high school days (50 years ago) ... enjoying many film posters on the wall and listening nostalgic songs...
店内は、昭和を駆け抜けてきたおっさんには、涙が出る凝りようで、おまけに裕次郎の歌が延々と流れているではないですか・・・昭和のおっさんはテンション上がりっぱなしです。

Oden and various dishes... ginger-fried pork, hamburg, salad, sashimi, tofu...
それで、おでん定食を頼もうかと思ったんだけれど、定食全部盛りの贅沢定食の方がもっとお得だというので、それにしてみました。

Had enough and yummy!!
これは、安い、美味い、贅沢・・・で満腹間違いなし！！

A Sri Lankan rice and curry dish（スリランカ カレー）

I had Sri Lankan cuisine at a restaurant in Minamirinkan, Yamato today.
（注）シェフはスリランカの方ですが、英語も日本語もペラペラです。

Rice and curry with fish and vegetables.
（注）スリランカの代表的な料理は、ライスにスパイシーなカレーを添えたもので、この店のおすすめは、スリランカスタイル・ワンプレートという料理です。大皿にライスとカレーと野菜と果物が所狭しと乗っていて、それに日替わりでポーク、マトンや魚・・・今日は鯖（さば）でした・・・が付きます。

In Sri Lanka, spicy curries are favorite dishes for lunch and dinner, and they are very hot for Japanese... but very, very delicious mixing vegetables and fruits.
（注）カレーは無茶苦茶辛いです！普通よりもマイルドでと頼んだのに、日本のカレー屋ではあり得ない辛さ！野菜と果物（パイナップルです）を混ぜて辛さを和らげますが、真ん中にでんと乗っている豆がよりマイルドにしてくれます。
